Storm Falcon continues to move WNW accoridng to PAGASA and JMA while NW according to JTWC.
Heavy rains will pour down tomorrow in the metropolis.

3 LPAs spotted; 2 LPA merged off Mindanao.

Now LPA 97W has a big chance of becoming a Tropical Depression within 24 hours. while the other LPA remains at Low Chance. LPA 96W merged with LPA 97W which make 97W more stronger and made a higher possibility to reach in TD status. According to computer models this will move NNW....
